What information may be used

PromoPulse may use your name, role, business name, business contact details and billing details. For agreed work, this can also include project briefs, messages, approvals, business assets and links you supply, along with invoice and payment records.

Why it is used

• To answer enquiries, prepare a quote and manage agreed work.
• To issue invoices, receive payment and keep required business records.
• To keep an accurate project and approval record.
• To contact clients about the service, a follow-up, or a portfolio or testimonial request where appropriate.

Sharing and storage

PromoPulse does not sell client personal information. Information is shared only where needed to deliver agreed work, use normal business tools, meet legal or accounting obligations, or where the client has agreed. Records are kept only as long as needed for their purpose and for required business or tax records.

What not to send without agreement

Do not send customer lists, booking exports, direct-marketing lists, special-category personal data, identity documents or passwords. If client customer data is genuinely needed, the work pauses until the use, roles, security and appropriate written arrangement are clear.

Privacy questions

For a privacy question or request, start a WhatsApp message to PromoPulse Studio and clearly mark it as a privacy request.

This version-one site has no account area, contact form, payment route, analytics tool or marketing tracker. The Privacy Notice should be reviewed again before any of those features are added.
